Context and challenges

Objective was to prepare me for a large P&L position at Constellium, with a specific focus on leadership effectiveness, time and stress management.

Approach used

After an initial detailed assessment, personal and organizational objectives were defined. I had multiple, highly customized, executive coaching sessions with Thierry.

Results achieved

The executive coaching with Thierry definitely improved my personal effectiveness, resilience and stress management. It also helped me to get to know myself better and provided me with a better view of my goals in life both professionally and personally. I am now leading Constellium's global Packaging & Automotive Rolled Products unit, a division with €3bn revenue and 4000 FTE.
